Bro Health Centre – from individual to team
Wellbeing, stress and collaboration in a sustainable working day
Aumla delivered an interactive talk and workshop on stress, self-leadership, social health and the work environment. Through Menti, reflection and dialogue, the group made visible both strengths and areas for development in their working day.
The challenge
Healthcare work often means a high pace, many simultaneous tasks and great responsibility. At the same time, a sense of meaning, community and support are important resources in the working day.
The workshop started from the question: what can we influence ourselves – and what do we need to create together?
What Aumla did
Aumla delivered an interactive talk and workshop that combined the perspectives of the individual, the team and the organisation. Menti was used to capture the group’s experiences and create shared reflection.
Approach
- Individual: self-leadership, stress signals, recovery and the Healthy Mind Platter as a reflection tool
- Team: social health, psychological safety, communication and appreciation
- Organisation: clarity, division of work, priorities, resources and culture
Insights
The group identified a strong sense of meaning and appreciation, high psychological safety, a strong willingness to support colleagues and ideas for recovery and joy at work.
Areas for development emerged around time, workload, priorities, communication and organisational conditions.
A reflection about “interrupting less” raised the question of how colleagues can take each other’s workload into account and decide together what is best for the whole.
Key lesson
Wellbeing starts with me – but is created together. Sustainable workplaces need individual self-leadership, team collaboration and organisational conditions at the same time.
