Occupant Survey

We run the survey, analyse the responses and prepare the relevant reporting input for the project’s documentation in line with the applicable WELL requirements.

Enhanced Occupant Survey

Where the project calls for it, we can discuss in-depth analysis and extended survey set-ups – depending on the feature, option and WELL version the project follows.

Which requirements apply depends on the project’s registered WELL version and selected features. We help you identify the right set-up and the input you need – but certification decisions and points are always determined within the WELL process.

Anonymity

Results are presented at an aggregated level. Breakdowns by team or group are only made when a group has at least 10 responses, to protect anonymity.

Our process takes GDPR and secure data handling into account, using an external survey platform with controlled access to data.

MG Real Estate

MG Real Estate worked with Aumla as an Approved WELL Survey Provider on a survey within the WELL certification process. The survey combined two perspectives:

  • Workplace Environment – employees’ experience of the physical workplace.
  • Overall Wellbeing – a broader picture of wellbeing, with physical, mental and social wellbeing as components.

The work gave MG Real Estate structured input for WELL Feature C04 and a basis for identifying opportunities to improve the workplace.
