FAQ
Menstruation, PMS, perimenopause and menopause can affect wellbeing, work ability and attendance. Give managers the knowledge and confidence to have the conversation, develop guidelines and review adjustments to the work environment and job design. The manager’s role is to create the right conditions – not to make medical assessments.
